I adore snickerdoodles and these were most likely a portion of the best that I have ever had. I would say that they are tantamount to my mom's. Disneyland's Snickerdoodle Treats

Serves: 60 treats

Fixings:

Mixture:

3 1⁄2 glasses flour

1⁄2 teaspoon heating pop

1⁄2 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 glass margarine (2 sticks), room temperature

2 glasses sugar

2 eggs

1⁄4 glass milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Headings:

Preheat broiler to 375 degrees F.

In a vast dish, filter together the flour, heating pop and cream of tartar. Put aside.

In a different dish, cream the margarine and sugar until cushioned. Include the eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend well. Include the wet fixings in with the dry fixings and blend until everything is fused.

In another little bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar for the garnish.

Structure the batter into 1 inch balls and come in the cinnamon/sugar blend. Place mixture ball on a lubed heating sheet and smooth (I utilized the base of a glass to delicately level my treats).

Sprinkle the highest points of the treats with extra cinnamon/sugar blend, then prepare for 7-8 minutes. Don't overbake these.

Expel from stove and let cool on the treat sheet for 1-2 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool.
