750 cc coconut milk from a coconut
seasoning:

10 red onions
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon coriander
10 grains of cumin

2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
salt to taste
How to make :

The chicken is cleaned thoroughly, then cut into 10 sections. Then fried in hot oil until yellowish. Remove and drain.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Furthermore, heat 3 tablespoons oil. Then stir fry the spice paste. Enter a bay leaf. lemongrass, ginger and cinnamon.
After exiting the flavor. Enter coconut milk accompanied with chicken. Cook until boiling coconut milk and chicken is tender.
Once cooked. Remove from the stove and ready to be served along with cake or diamond.
Tips:

Some people prefer the presentation of chicken curry accompanied with crispy fried onions sprinkled on top.
